Stress Skin Panel OSB moisture problems
Deficient caulking and sealing has allowed rain/moisture to be trapped under the window trim; rotting it and the OSB sheathing on my stress skin panels. Trim is removed and the OSB is drying out but has zero integrity. Has anyone else faced this dilemma? Can anyone help me with a strategy?
Thanks!

I guess I only answereed the first Q.
I would cut back any bad OSB and glue new in it's place using foam glue.
Where I have a Q in mind is tha in many cases these are structrual panels....

lots of SIP's knowledge
Can't help with a repair strategy, but this is a good example of what happens when window installers rely on caulk and sealant to keep rain out.
Windows, doors (and every other hole in the shell of a house) must be properly flashed, and water that does get by needs to have a way to get out. Caulk is not a substitute for proper flashing, and furthermore it holds water in.
I would think about calling a SIPs installer for panel repair suggestions.
