I have a new delta 1 3/4 hybrid saw. I just noticed that the blade from front to back is almost 3/16 off from the miter gauge slot. I went to the instruction booklet and it said to loosen two bolts on the rear of the trunion and tap it with a hammer. I tried and maybe I am hitting it in the wrong spot. Any help please?

You might have to loosen all the trunnion bolts, cuz the front two might be tight enough to prevent adjustment.
