The recent floods in the Northeast got the first floor of my home. I will have to tear out the oak floor and the plywood subfloor. What tool do I use to cut the floor close to the wall? My circular saw will not cut flush. Thanks in advance for your help.

There are special flush cutting reciprocal saws that you could buy or rent, or a regular reciprocal saw with a long blade (so you can bend it and get it in closer to the wall).
Or of course the ever-popular MultiMaster, though it would be slow going (and a bit expensive in terms of blades).
