Hi all. I’ve been reading this site for app. one year. Great info, advice, humour, etc. I’m a basically one man show (hire subs and occassional help when I can’t do it myself) building homes, remodels, whatever I can get here in Michigan. I had a question about a product called “the nailer” a recycled drywall nailer made of plastic. It sounds like it has some merit (cheaper, easy to install, better quality of insulation) than 2x lumber, but I wonder about fastening trim, cabinets etc. without a solid wood backer. Anyone out there have any experience with this product? Thanks
