The new well is 75ft. from the house ,the trench is filled in, how do I get the yard back to being flat?

Wait until next spring before trying to get the yard "back to flat". Earth gains about 20% in volume (entrapped air) when it is removed; even with good compaction, the trench is going to settle...

Yup...fill it in and leave the soil proud. It will settle over the winter.
Or, rent a plate compactor. Since it's already backfilled you can't compact it in multiple lifts. Just don't compact it to much...or you'll need to then rent an aerator.<g>
Eventually, you're going to have to seed the sucker, and it may settle after that. One trick I've heard to deal with this is to sprinkle a little dirt in the resulting depression, between the blades of grass. The grass will adjust to this little bit of additional dirt, and grow through. Repeat a little bit each time until the depression is filled in.
