Does anyone have experience with refinishing/painting tile? I’ve seen some products on the internet to paint or resurface tile. My application would be a stall shower with a fiberglass pan. Any advice or experiences would be appreciated.

Nope, abosolutely no experience painting tile, sounds like a lazy mans way to fix something to me. There are some very good resins, epoxy paints and the like out there, but even the bathroom recylers renewal stuff fails in short order.
Demo the walls and start over.
