No. It doesn't matter. I would do the walls first if it were me, however.
Doesn't matter. I do the floor first, because the liner has to go in before the walls are done in any case, and I don't like standing around on the liner with step ladders etc. Also, I like the fact that the wall goes over the floor, reducing water at that critical gap, and hopefully reducing wicking.
