Looking for timesheets my guys can fill out which list hours, project and time in and out.
I use Quicbooks Pro for Mac and it has a payroll component,Aatrix I think,
but I am not sure how well it works or the cost.
I am sure one of the few here who hates the bookwork end of this business 🙂
Love to hear some advice.

David,
this is very close to what I was looking for. We may have three or four jobs and move from one to the next during the day this will definietely be helpful to keep track. Thanks,
Jon

You are the man with the documents. Thanks again!
I have been struggling with this intergrating the computer with my business for the last couple years. What I would give for something online where the guys can punch in their actual time of arrival, job and departure time. We can put a guy on the Moon but will Jon ever be fully computerized? Thanks ,
Jon
Since there is an air of sharing about; I have attached two estimating helper documents. One is for finished lumber and another for roof overhangs.
These two have created profit, where these areas would have otherwise been easily under-estimatedArlington, Texas (The dash in Dallas-Fort Worth)
