Attached are two different forms I've used. One is a generic two week time card that could work for you. The other is a form I made for long-term projects to help keep track of things; it could be modified to work for you.

They are MS Word documents. Surely a Mac can open them...

here's one we've used for about 20 years...... the back has a list of the 25 job categories we track and a recapitulation column...

...the front has daily space for Mon - Saturday and two lines for Sunday work.... we've never worked Sunday... but you never know..

the size is 5 1/2 x 8 1/2... so two cards from one cardstock sheet.... i file them with a 2-hole punch.... and bind them in yearly stacks at the end-of-year

/... we've never worked Sunday... but you never know../i work a lot of sundays, just to get small jobs finished. so i'll work, like, 8 days straight, and then take a couple of days off.anyways... jeffrey katzenberg (sp?), when he was at disney, used to tell his guys- hey, if you're not here saturday, don't bother coming in sunday. <g>.

It is windows xp excel file. I bet the mac can do the conversion.
