just bought a loft in a “green mill building”, want to know if there is a tint ( amber or honey colored) that i can add to a water based polyurathane for finishing the wood floors.
thanks so much for you input

By considering things like energy-efficient mechanicals, window orientation, and renewable energy sources, homes can be evaluated to meet the energy codes. Here's what the IRC has to say.

I've had success with Trans-Tint. Very versatile and fairly foolproof.

Everything will be okay in the end. If it's not okay, it's not the end.
thanks so much, will pass this on to my floor finisher. happy thanksgiving.... have you just mixed this in wil the water based poly, does it streak?
email the waterbase finish manufacturer if u mix in somethin incompatiible it can wreck the finish, may hav to resand and start over
I've used it with water based lacquer (which is a misnomer, I know). No ill result. It probably would be a good idea to talk to the finish manufacturer, but they will might say no just to CYA. You could also call Homestead, Jeff Jewitt is a finish guru, and often answers the phone.PJ
