First, let me explain why I am asking. Seems the local rednecks in control of the Public Broadcasting Stations in and around Atlanta have decided to not carry the separate This Old House (TOH) show. Instead, the have decided to carry only the This Old House Hour (TOHH), which is a blender-version of Ask TOH (ATOH) and TOH.
The problem with TOHH is that the synopsis is not advertised, making it impossible to know what TOHH episode will cover what TOH project/episode. And for anyone using someone like a DVR (Digital Video Recorder) like TiVo to record TOH it is now impossible to get the episodes in any sort of sequence, or even consistent in project.
Not wishing to bad mount the GPB (Georgia Public Broadcasting) without evidence, I went to the national office’s website and also the WPBH (in Boston) website to make sure the separate ATOH and TOH shows were still being offered, and they were. Its just that the GPB decided not to carry the separate TOH show and as a result tracking episodes for automated recording on my TiVo is completely lost.
I have not seen an episode anything new on the row house project in Washington, D.C. since episode 3, and no means to record, or even predict a live-showing for me to watch on a given weekend. Let’s just say I sent the bloody rednecks a carpetbagger email on the matter. BUT, I have no clue as to how the row house project turned out, and the microscopic pictures on their website don’t reveal much.
Anyone else affected by this idiot decision-making of GPB?

They do the same thing here with the combining. It's fundraiser time also. They always cancel the weekend showings of home improvent shows when they do that here. Always screws up the flow. They had three hours of Ricky Nelson instread yesterday. Didn't make sense.
In all fairness I haven't checked Thursday nights which is the prime time showing of TOH/ATOH. It may still be on at that time. But they definatly screw up the weekend showings.

Well, I'm use to their common Beggerthon months, but inspecting a show lineup on their wbsite shows they are no longer support the TOH series, only TOHH.
I just turn it off after This old house is over. Unlees Tommy's doing something big. I don't really care for the rest of them.
