Both toilets, one on first floor, the other on second floor, after flush and fill, lose a quarter inch of water from the bowl within 10 minutes after fill and then stabilizes. Background: 4 unit condo. Each unit shares a common wall with two other units. Two units share the same 3-4″ vent stack thru roof. Solutions?

Check to see if the vent is blocked.
