Does anybody know of any magic potions to clean transmission fluid drip marks off the driveway?
My old Ranger leaks enough to make drips but not enough to warrant my opening it up. I now use a hunk of rug to catch the drips, but would like to clean the old ones.

Accidently got about 1-1/2 quarts on driveway a few weeks ago when replacing a transaxle shaft. Often get many types oil on driveway due to old car "hobby".
Pressure wash (4gpm 3500psi), then, when still wet, sprinkle with dishwasher detergent, broom in and let sit a few hours, PW again, no more stain - works with oil also, every time.
2.2 gpm 1200 psi PW also works but requires about 3 of the above cycles.
PS driveway is pebble surface, so should work with most any concrete surface unless originally installed as "soup"
Won't wipe it all out, but laundry detergent powder soaks up a hell of a lot. If it is a brick interlock, the detergent is more porous and will wick some of it back up. If that fails, flip the bricks.
Thanks for the tips. The driveway surface is ashphalt/blacktop.
I'll give the laundry detergent a try.
Good luck on asphalt
- had once recently filled gas tank ('73 chev K20) which dripped out when backed up on steep drive of asphalt to get near a house to load old shingles. Didn't notice until about a quart of gas had dripped out - made nice pothole I had to patch. Only way to get a color match (rental house, was on the market) on the drive was to apply an entire sealer coat.

Just keep parking in a different spot every night to make a driveway with "character marks". Pretty soon you'll have a one of a kind antique driveway! All the neighbors will want one just like it.
Truth is I rarely notice it, because I'm either in the truck or the truck is covering the spots.
I prk on the street hlf the time and am doing a nice job giving it some character too.
The sealer idea has some merit.
