My home is 10 years old. Most interior trim (windows/doors) is painted white.

It looks great except a couple windows in the bath which have the paint peeling off.

The underneath wood looks pristine. I need to repaint those windows. I suspect the orig painters sprayed the paint but I have no sprayer nor really want to buy one. My questions are:

1) Do you think the orig paint is latex?

2) How do I tell?

3) How do I get the same super smooth finish using a brush? (Flotrol – brush- ??)

4) Best paint to use? Prime?

Any advice would be appreciated… Thanks
