I am in the middle of a 2nd floor remodel in a 60 year old home that “breathes” every year. In other words the house moves every year with the changes in seasons. Makes for a lot of cracked drywall joints.
I am planning to use a combination of trim-tex magic corner, 3/4″ bullnose corner bead and some of the new bull 350 on the collar ties.
Has anyone used this product and have any feedback on ease of installation and overall satisfaction? I see you have to glue, staple with a special staple gun and then mud. Their products look pretty cool and am trying to find a place to use some of their built up moldings (crown and J-beads) but my 15/12 pitched dutch hipped cathedral ceilings don’t lend themselves to square corners.
Any feedback would be appreciated.
Thanks
Tim
