   To; undermount fastner for decks

   I just finished 1100sq. ft. deck using a fastner called " DECKSTERS " . The piece looks like a angle bracket 43" long and is nailed to the top of the joist from the side. Screws are put in from the bottom . Comments on product- price is high ,increase labor cost but the deck looks great. If you use them nail to joist before you attach to header and beam its saves time and better on a deck that is 5' high.
