Nope. The glue bonds the two pieces together chemically by melting them together. Sometimes it is possible to cut the hub of a fitting and chip off the pieces, sand and reglue.
Cut it out and replace it, is the best fix.
That said, I have had luck with heating the fitting with a heat gun, and slopping on more glue. The hot fitting will suck enough glue into it seal a small leak.
Give it a try. It could save you some work.
BTW the fitting must be dry when you try the heat/glue solution.
If it doesn't work. Get out the saw for plan A

They make a clay like epoxy plumbers putty by Duro...two part different collors in a bubble pack. Twist and roll putty together till the colors are blended, clean the joint that is seeping, blow dryer to take away moisture, roll the epoxy in a rope shape and compress into the glue line.
Recently they have added a fast set (within an hour or less) as well as the original formula(6-12 hours?) Works on steel pipe also!
I have one such patch on my hot water plumbing line since 1973!
Sold many packages of the stuff to my customers of 30 years when I was in business.
Also a brand labeled "P-57"!
