Can anyone give me feedback on a unico system? In a summer cottage that is shut down all winter is it a good idea, or a very expensive habit trail for mice?

They are very nice systems but for a summer cottage, I think its pretty expensive. I would look into ductless or split systems. I know mitsubishi makes one called mr slim. Those systems work very well, would be much less than the unico and there are no ducts for mice to chew.
