Enjoy the journey,not just the destination. Every task assigned will expose you to your likes and dislikes, as well as giving you a feel for your inner talents, not all are cut out to be management. In business it is called the Peter Principle, gifted with the tools, but management not so! Understanding yourself will give you more satisfaction than any title.
