   So that's a 17 dollar difference or over twenty percent more on just that one item for two different regions

   just to get things going here without running in the other room and digging, these are off top of my head....and remember that we are on an island.

   One cubic yard of redi-mix concrete, 3000 psi

   That will vary according to whether I add plasticizers, hot water and ferry fees or waiting time for the truck. The one plant quotes me $87/yd but I have to fiure it at $100 delivered on site if I do the form and pour. if my crete sub does it, it was about $250/yd last year and he told me it would not be that cheap again cause the plants are going up in price and steel is too.

   2x6x16, pressure-treated

   The PT is bouncing but getting close to a buck a bd ft

   For framing

   about .75/bd ft two bys

   7/16 OSB,

   $19.95 to $24.95 still bouncing

   3/4 OSB T&G

   last Advantech was $34.50

   15# felt,

   ice & watershield,
