I did find a manufacture that has this type of housewrap. Its called Low-E wrap and it looks like its been independently tested. Take a look at their website. The question about an air space being used? I don’t think applies to this wrap.

Lots of outfits claim their stuff is "independently tested", when all that means is that they paid some lab to give them a good report. Kind of like a bank paying S&P to rate their bonds.
What website. Be very careful about claims of R-value .... if it sounds 'exceptionally nice' be VERY careful. Like the other poster said ... independently tested may simply mean they paid someone to test it ... they may have specified the conditions of the test, etc. They may not even claim the results of the test, just that it was tested and then make any claim they want.
Basic question is did the do an ASTM hot box test for e.g. R-value?
