saw something the other day…
A tech was removing tape gum, douple stick tape, latex paint drips and rubber cement from a SS cabinate and granite top with a large round rubber wheel in a VS cordless drill…
man was it slick… did a 1st rate job too… as in right now…. cleaned off everything he touched with it and polished at the same time… last bit of clean up was with a dry rag…
he said it was the same kind of rubber that an ordinary pencil eraser was made from….
the wheel and mandrel came as a unit and he got them at an auto body supply house…
also note that he ran the wheel at a super slow speed…
Life is not a journey to the grave with the intention of arriving safely in a pretty and well preserved body, but rather to skid in broadside, thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and loudly proclaiming <!—-><!—-><!—->
WOW!!! What a Ride!
Forget the primal scream, just ROAR!!!

Thats cool, I didn't know about the big rubber wheel. I have used an old electric eraser I have from old drawing board days. The rubber eraser rods are still available in different densities.
They use something like that to remove adhesive vinyl signage from cars and trucks. Take a look at this one http://www.signwarehouse.com/TT-VR-p-HT-VINYLZAP-ELEC.html
They also make an air powered one for the same price.
