Got a project coming up, includes replacing about 30 lf of corian with granite. 4 different tops. I don’t see anything wrong with the corian except that the HO wants granite. Ok, maybe it’s not corian, but you get the idea.
So, is there any use for old corian? I hate to just toss it.

Where you at? I'd take it off your hands maybe?

Unlike some people around here, my profile has been filled in. Where are you?

Window sills, hot pads, soap dish. All that without the "glue" that's proprietary to the brand. Or planters, work tops... find a gardener, offer a potting table, and watch the excitement. If the edge is built up, you can either use it that way or run it through your table saw. Small scraps make tiles. I've done most of the above.
If you can't figure out anything else, ebay it.
Unfortunately I never bothered to get certified and now can't find anybody to sell me the sheet stock. About out of scraps.
PAHS Designer/Builder- Bury it!
A scrap of Corian is ideal as a jig to capture perfectly adjusted cope & stick router bits for posterity:
After the test pieces have been machined to ensure the bits are properly adjusted in the router table, mill both profiles in the edges of Corian that's the same thickness as your stiles and rails, e.g. 3/4", and mark with a "Sharpie" to identify the bits used.
Next time you need to set up cope & stick bits, grab your Corian jigs and match the router bits to them; really cuts down on trial & error adjustment.
Scrap Corian also works great for zero-clearance throat plates and as a sacrificial fence for your table saw, as when you need to bury part of your dado set in the fence when rabbeting an edge.
What else are you guys using it for?

I have hade hundreds of bass nuts and acoustic guitar saddles from it, tuning peg knobs, volume and tone knobs.
Mostly shop jigs tho'.
Templates for cutting out solid guitar bodies on an overhead router. The half inch stuff adds a useful bit of weight which helps to cut down on vibration.
JohnIf my baby don't love me no more, I know her sister will.
Before we switched to CNC for that, we used a Phenolic resin type board like you describe..never thought of Corian...but then again Corian was faily new.
At Ken Smith we milled a body template out of 1/2 alum. routed a bunch of grooves in it, lined it with sealing tape and had it hooked to a venturi vacuum..no clamps!
Good tip; I'm getting ready to replace the nut on one of my basses!-Jazzdogg-

Any local schools your way with shop programs? Schools will give you a fair reciept for any donations and I'd love to have corian scraps come my way. Turnings, tops, checkers, the list is endless.
Eddie, work out a deal with Julian to trade him for the Bosch cordless set he's selling.
If that doesn't work, keep a sizeable scrap for a router table top. I made one once, it was so user-friendly that someone STOLE it.
Got a 30"X 4' piece I use for face frame glue-ups.

Outta th' shade and into the heat.
I turn it. Some guys make pens out of it. I've laminated it for some larger pieces.
Cutting boards for summer kitchen / bar-b-que area. I have one that says "Corian by Lowes". Make several, keep one or two and sell the rest. Corain and other solid surface materials can be worked with regular woodworking tools.

I saw a newspaper article once about a guy who found a niche market. He got Corian scraps and made containers to bury cremated remains. It seems people don't want to bury their loved ones in the containers from the crematorium, so business was booming for him.

If you dont have a use for it you can donate it to the HFH resale store. Get a little write-off
