using PEX for baseboard supply+return
I want to use PEX to run supplies and returns for the baseboard heat in several bedrooms. An online site said to use ThermaPex. Anybody have any experience doing this? Or recommendations?

To prevent moisture buildup and improve performance, install a continuous air barrier—such as drywall or specialized membranes—under tongue-and-groove boards or other interior wall paneling.

My whole house is PEX. RFH, BBH, HAU, and domestic water supplies. Nice neat install off the manifolds.
My plumber talked me into using pex on a recent remodel. It is easier to work with but does not finish well going through the floor under the baseboard. I wish I had pictures to show what an ugly mess it was.

pex is pretty much pex
coupling it & fittings are a different story but polyethylene crosslinked is for the most part all the same.
Some have barriers in them, but it comes down to choice & what type of tool you like to use.
I would run Uponor¯ with copper stubs for rigidness.
Do you look to the government for an entitlement, or to GOD for empowerment. BDW
