It gets mightly cold here in Boston, so I’m looking to insulate my one-car attached garage, heat it, and use it as a woodshop.
I’m planning to insulate using fiberglass batts and wonder whether I need to bother with a poly vapor barrier. The garage will not be heated all the time, just occasionally. Also, the floor is concrete. Whad’ya think?

If your going to heat it, then treat it as any other heated room in the house .
Install a 6 mil poly Vapor barrier on heated side of studs/ trusses.
