Veiga manablock pex manifold question
I’m replanning my dang pex water pipe retro fit cause the computer I had it all figured out on fragged its hard drive!!?!?!?!?
I’m going to use a home run system from one manabloc manifold I’ll be supplying 2 kitchens, 2 full baths, 2 laundry rooms and 4 hose bibs.
I’ll be using a 1/2″ and 3/8″ tubing to make the runs.
From looking at the manabloc online I can get it all 1/2″ compression fittings or a mixture of 1/2″ and 3/8″ with a mixture of hot and cold. I want to buy a standard all 1/2″ manifold and then adapt down to 3/8″ at the manifold but I don’t see where its officially possible?
Could somebody help me out here?
thanks,

You should be able to get 1/2 to 3/8 crimp transitions from any plumbing supply store (or Viega).
I'll be interested to see how happy you are with the viega product. I've got my eye on the same thing.
Ya the crimp is the problem...
I want to use the compression fit manifold not the crimp manafold as I'm doing the rest of the house with the wisbro system and its my understanding that with the compression fits it doesn't matter who's tubing you use.
I'm using Wisbro because well, I think its the best system and my neighbor has a complete set of the expansion tools he's going to let me do an extended borrow on.
I haven't used the Wirsbo system, but I would think they've got some sort of reducer to go from 1/2" to 3/8". No?
