I’m trying to vent my kitchen sink in a new SIP home. The sink faces a window in an outside wall. My plan was to run all of the pex and sewer lines up through the floor but the sink drain and vent have me a little stumped. I was thinking that after the p-trap I could just elbow through the floor into the crawlspace and once I get below the subfloor I’d Wye off for the vent which would run over about 8 feet to an interior stud wall then head for the roof. Will this work or is there another alternative like a loop vent that would work better?

That's basically how I did my SIP house. I just did the loop and made sure the pipes used were large enough that blockage wasn't an issue. Then too ensure that large diameter pipes flowed well I doubled the drop. Too large a pipe and the solids want to fall out of the flow because the waste doesn't have enough velocity, increasing the drop, speeds back up the flow to keep solids moving..
The rest of the house where I had access to a roof vent I went ahead and did the normal waste pipe treatment, poop goes down, stink goes up, payday is friday . ;-)

And.... don't chew your fingernails!
And then it all hits the 4" main that is sloped at 1/8" per foot.

Thanks for all of your help. One other "Dumb" question.
How do you install your base cabinets with a loop vent? The whole loop will need to be installed for my rough plumbing inspection right?
Yes, you will need to have the whole thing piped for a rough in inspection.
When we do islands that do not have a wall we cut the two risers so the bottom of the cabinet doesn't have to be completely butchered.
Slight problem, sips or no sips in my jurisdiction the inspectors will not allow an island loop vent, unless the sink is an actual island.
We have done CMU construction that we had to run the vent through the cabinets until we hit a side wall that we could vent up to the ceiling.
I suggest you call the inspector & explain your dilemma, rather than trying to push it through, in my experience inspectors will allow more when they are included in the loop---- no pun intended. ;-)
