i’m planning to do my own foundation,a rectangle 28×32, with icf’s. any suggestions are welcome,but i’m really curious about the best way to vibrate the forms and concrete. thanks.

Manufacturers recomendations would be a good place to start. Some can be vibrated with an electric vibrator, some don't recommend it. Alot depends on wall height, lift height, slump, bracing, etc.

I use a 1" diameter "pencil" vibrator tip, somewhat sparingly, but vibration is really important in the high walls I've done to ensure consolidation around window bucks, rebar, corners, utility passages, etc.
I use AARX and this was their recommendation and it hasn't failed me yet after eleven foundations.
