I live in a 6 year old Neo-colonial house. Would like to replace the trim and use victorian style corner blocks and such….if I use fairly thin trim will this style clash with the house?
Also, where is the best place to buy moulding and trim parts?

My regular yard can special order quite a bit of trim. But they also stock more than most yards.
Check out a supplier near you, and see what they have available.
Or find a local mill shop. There's one of those fairly near me, and they have a lot of nice trim in various woods.
The blocks I usually make myself. I have a lathe, so I can turn just about any profile I want in them. I like to make the corner blocks about 3/16" thicker than the casings. I also have a thickness planer, so that's not a problem for me.
Oh yeah, my regular yard stocks 2-3/4" and 3-3/4" corner blocks with a fairly simple design.
And I'm not sure what you mean about thinner trim. Do you mean fairly narrow, or less than 3/4" thick?
By any chance do you have a photo of the house to share?

If you tell us the general area where you live, perhaps someone could make a specific recommendation regarding a supplier.
I know Hull Historic (http://www.hullhistorical.com/) used to offer lots of Victorian trim and corner blocks, but I'm not sure whether they still do. I'm sure there are other mail order suppliers.
Princeton moldings and Winsor One are natioanl replica molding suppliers. Google them up
But what will match your house is way open to interpretation. Neo-colonial can mean a wide range of things to different people.
Nobody here can see your house

Can't upload photographs, may try it from a friends computer. I've decided to go ahead with the project anyways, and I am checking out the links/sources posted.
Does anyone have good photographs of Victorian type trim added to a more contemporary house? Looking for ideas.

>>clash with the house?
Victorian trim on a neo-colonial.
Yep, it'll "clash"
Almost as badly as (neo)colonial trim does on a Victorian.
With my mouth I will give great thanks to the Lord; I will praise Him in the midst of the throng. For He stands at the right hand of the needy, to save them from those who would condemn them to death.
