I need some expert advice on flooring. I am considering installing VCT in a kitchen and bathroom, but I am concerned with water wicking down through the seams between tiles and damaging the underlayment. My wife has a bad habit of spilling/splashing, not to mention the kids we’ll be having. What do you think?
