Was just reading up on laticrete admix and they state......latex modified mortars do not require a cure time for concrete slabs. But read Tec 3n1 and it required cured concrete.
If you poured a concrete wall and it has dried in place for a couple days and you stripped the forms, you will not need to wait to install a brick coping to the top of the wall, just be sure that you use a proper mortar mix and install the brick, you will need to insure that you strike the joints properly between the bricks to prevent water infiltration and then have the bricks break free of the bond. You also may have to repoint the mortar joints every few years.
