Pif ... they talk funny over there. Timber means wood frames, your standard 'mericun house.

Thinking more on this -
use google to find manufactuirers and weed out to the ones who have a amrket presense in the central Florida area, then try linking from there to an actual erection in progress.

big a,
Go to http://www.comehomeorlando.com. It is the website for the National Association of Homebuilders / Orlando Chapter.
If you are refering to homes built with 2 x ( 2 x 4 / 2 x 6 / 2 x 8 / 2 x 10 / 2 x 12) lumber, the correct term in the US would be Wood Frame Construction. Wood frame construction is common and typical in almost all areas of the US. Timber frame generally refers to posts and beams construction done with large dimension lumber, and is a specialty.
Had a fellow work for me in Texas from Hemel Hempstead, near London.
Nail it was "pin it" and 2 x 4 was "4 x 2".
The funnest part of our interaction was giving him tickets to a Houston Astros Baseball game, and hearing his observations and questions afterward.
I hope you have a wonderful July 4th (Independence Day). : - )
