I'm SE PA too but dont know.
We put in writing 1 year but if client called after 2 years we would take care of it unless we had 64+ mile per hour winds (I think that is the warranty stated coverage but might be mistaken. I would research before committing)
What is client asking for? What fell off and why?

Here in the State of Washington if you do not include a warranty time in your contracts you are on the hook for 12 Years. You better believe that it clearly states 1 year in my contractsFrank
Whatever is right, if it's something you did fix it.
