In the house I am working at now the washing machine drains into the floor drain, which runs into the yard. After 2-3 loads of laundry there are soap bubbles in the front yard. They have city sewage and want to drain the washer into the drain system problem is the sewage line is 2 feet above the top of the washer and about 15 feet away. Does any one know how high a washer can pump? Or have another solution. I just want to get some ideas so I can work up a price.

Mine says that the discharge can be up to 65" above the floor the machine sits on.
It's been hooked up at 60" for years now and never a problem...buic
Sure it does! About 45 years ago our family stopped at the "mystery house" or some such outside Gatlinburg. The water was definitely running uphill there!
In most cases a washer hose can be extended to reach 8-10 feet above floor level without causing problems. And it's a simple enough thing to "prototype", if you have the washer there -- just extend the hose and run the end into a piece of PVC that you prop in place, leading back to the floor drain. If two or three loads work OK like that then you should be good.
One think I don't know is the regs for how high the top of the standpipe must reach above the trap, and how high the trap may have to be above the horizontal line. You may have to get a little clever to find enough height for it all plus the slope of the horizontal run.
"If all else fails read the directions" The washer directions will tell you how far vertical you can run the discharge line.
Yeah, but they universally lie.

15 times 1/4 inch of fall per foot = 3 3/4 inches
minimum stand pipe above trap is 18 inches more is better if possible, it prevents splash back.
18+3 3/4= 21 3/4
Most washers will pump 8 foot.
Use 2 inch pipe and trap.
I've seen a lot of washer dump in a average basement ceiling height.
Good Luck
