I recently had cisterns installed that have an in-cistern pump sending water to the house. There was a significant water hammer that resulted so I installed a water hammer arrestor. It worked well, reducing a loud bang to a still noticeable but bearable thump. After two months the thump has grown louder so I’m thinking af installing another arrestor in line with the first one. Does anyone have any experience or thoughts on this? Many thanks, Marco
