Quick question. I want to brush or roll on a waterproofing product on the lower 18-24″ of my foundation block and brick that will help keep water out. No spray-on (except with a garden sprayer) or membranes. French drain will lay at the base on the concrete footing to collect groundwater with another dedicated drain above that for the gutters. Don’t think I’ll have a water problem — this is “just in case.”

i have used ELASTADECK. you can roll brush or spray. it is flexible and tough. it stretches to span any cracks that may occur.
