I am replacing a set of exterior stairs on a rooming house. The area under the stairs needs to stay dry because the washer and dryer are located there. When I pull out the old rotted stairs I would like to put some sort of continuous waterproof material under the new risers and treads that would keep the water out. Thoughts?
