Gentlemen ...
I am wondering what reasonably priced, solid or liquid materials you recommend to seal under sills and rims so they don't contact the top of the concrete wall and to maintain integrity of the envelope as framing materials shrink ?
tedd
*I see little wrong with our local standard which is foam sill seal, then 2x pressure treated sill.Near the stream having recently checked my own sill and found it tight to all.J
*Hi Tedd,Foam gasket material is my choice over the concrete and a pressure treated sill plate finishes the job.Gabe
