I always have air leaking in at the bottom corners of my exterior doors. Most are metal with top and one side magnetic and the hinge side a compression gasket. The bottoms have sweeps that fit into groves in the bottom of the door. I have replaced all weather stripping a couple of times. I make sure that I install the side gaskets correctly making sure I have no gaps. The door sweep I make sure it runs the width of the door bottom and close the door and mark the water kick out flange on top of the sweep ware it touches the side weather stripping and open the door and cut off the little bit at the corner of the door bottoms that pushes the magnetic and compression gaskets back so it does not do that. Pre hung doors usually come with pads for each jamb leg-sill intersection. Are you using those?
