1.3 A, 120 ft frontage on Lake Michigan. Building site high on a bluff, bout halfway betwixt Muskegon and Ludington. Thick, old growth hardwoods, not a touch of development as far as the eye can see from the beach both north and south.

Nice area.
My wife's family is from GR, and we vacationed in Ludington a few years back.
I'd love to buy a retirement /vacation home out that way.
Ludington? Really? I've spent some time in Ludington. Company I used to work for Jackson Jordan, later renamed Pandrol Jackson, now named Harsco. Has a plant there. I still keep in touch with a good friend that lives up there. In fact this coming weekend is his annual Drink or Sink Canoe trip down the Pierre Marquette river. I've been to a couple of them. Good times.

I've been canoeing on the Pierre Marquette, but that was a number of years ago.
We like to vacation in No. Mi. every few years. We invite DW's family to join us, sort of a family reunion- get re-acquainted with everyone. Not everyone is there at the same time, but that's probably a good thing LOL
It's better than getting together at funerals.
Yep that's a real nice part of the country in the summer.

Yep, that's what she looks like. It's got that big beach, but then goes up to the plateau about 80 to 100' more in elevation. That's where the house will go.
And I hope I don't bore you guys with the pictures that will be coming. In a few years. Besides being a heavy financial payment for the lot, there's a lot of enviromental responsibility that comes with such a beast. I gotta learn how to do this right.
