Ok, I'll be a semi-wisecracker and say two inches. A search of the MK website (http://www.mkdiamond.com) shows only the 470; it rips 14" tile, diag. cuts 8". it's available only at HD, as per the MK website.
The only site I found through google that showed the 270 was in Swedish? and Enghlish, showed a rip capacity for 12" tile, diag. cut 10".
