There was a discussion recently about CAD programs for design work, well I figured it was noting that there is a cooperative called eCabinets that offers free software for designing cabinets, kitchens, etc etc…I’ve dived in a little bit, and the program is amazing considering that it’s free.

They are able to make it free because they work with manufacturers to allow you (the end user) to place orders right from the program, based on the design and materials that you need. It’s a pretty cool concept.

Also has a cutlist portion I think, though I haven’t gotten that far yet.
