Here is what we think we’ll do this time. Flash each opening before window installation, using strips of 30# felt, sill, pan up sides at bottom, then jambs, then head, shingle-lapping all. Leave fastening off at sill lapover so it can be brought over the felt at siding installation time. Install window in flashed opening, bedding flanges into perimeter bead of bituminous sealant between backside of flange and window opening flashing. At siding time, prep all walls with 30# felt, lapping felt over flashing and flanges at sides and top, but tucked up under flashing at bottom.
As Miles Davis said when asked by an interviewer about his pimping days, “Wuz wrong with that?”
My previous jobs all had housewrap installed before window installation, and we perimeter flashed OVER the wrap, shingle-lapping, tucking the head piece into a slit cut into the wrap. My sequence is changed this time because I put the felting into the siding guy’s contract. The framers are installing opening flashing and windows and exterior doors.

it sounds to me like you have thoroughly covered your window flashing plan, pun intended, i see nothing wrong with that
