JUst did a kitchen remodel and the clients original plans were to change from his current electric stove to an antique gas stove. Now he has chnged his mind and wants a standard gas stove/oven combo. Problem is that there is now electric available for his control panel on the gas appliance. My question is this? Can I take one leg of the old 240v and a ground and use it for his new stove. The old 240v box is in a perfect location.
Thanks for you quick response.
