Wood fence on a sloping concrete wall
I want to build a wooden fence atop a low concrete wall. I was going to bolt down Simpson EZ-Base brackets for the posts but then I realized that the wall has a slight slope, maybe one or two degrees. So if I just bolt on the post bases, the posts will not be plumb.
The solutions I’ve thought of so far are:
a: shim the bases with wedges made from treated wood so they are flat. Then bolt the bases and the wedge to the wall.
b: pour little concrete platforms on top of the wall to make a flat place to bolt the bases.
c: use an angle grinder and gouge out a flat platform for the bases.
Any suggestions?

Simply pitch cut, grind, your post base interior stand and grind any points that project away from the post on the low side.
