I am subbing for an electrical contractor on some big projects he doesen’t have the manpower to do himself. So far we have just used a piecerate arrangement. I would like to go with a percentage rate instead and he is agreeable to this but I’m not sure what is fair. Any input from those in a similar arrangement would be greatly appreciated.
