Wraping a window

Do any of you know of a specific code (in wisconsin) that relates to how you install a window and wrap it with adhesive window wrap?

    Don't know about Wisconsin code, but my BI likes to see things like windows installed per mfgr's directions which, in the case of the brands I've used, include instructions for how to deal with the vapor barrier and tape.
