Labor intensive but cost saving solution to a like-new gas grill; Nothing wrong with the grill itself so I replaced the wood cart suppoprts, built new doors, added new front wheels and blackened the grill body to bring the cart to like-new condition; glass inserts are the original. I used ttreated pine 2×4’s with marine paint to protect the wood from rotting out. Original wood was pine. Original grill cart is 20 years old.
