Speed Square holster

If you use a Speed Square and are frustrated by the excessive amount of room it takes up in a tool pouch, this idea might be perfect for you. As shown in the drawing, I’ve taken to keeping my Speed Square in a leather holster made for a cordless drill. The leather takes on the shape of the square after just a couple of days. Stored in its own pouch, the square doesn’t wear a hole in the bottom of my tool bag or poke me in the stomach when I kneel down.
