Repairing Air Hoses

Today's air hoses come in a variety of materials suitable for a variety of jobs. Fine Homebuilding editor Justin Fink explains the differences between rubber, nylon, and polyurethane air hoses and describes situations where one choice would be more practical than another. Justin also offers three easy fixes should your air hose become cracked, punctured, or lopped off by a runaway PEX-tubing cutter (it happens).
